Hi, I’m Jeff Barkun. I started Barkun Consulting because throughout my career, I regularly noticed companies struggling with their systems.
Maybe they’d invest in a software system that didn’t work for their team, leaving them feeling frustrated, ripped off, and not wanting to try again.
Or they’d try to fix issues using tech “solutions” without fully understanding how different solutions work together or impact their team
Instead of helping, this approach usually ends up making things worse: creating extra work, frustrating team members, wasting time and money, and creating setbacks in your business.
Throwing tech solutions at problems isn’t the answer.

By digging deep into how your business operates, and where your systems fall short, I can identify what’s really causing your inefficiencies and frustrations.
From there, I work with you to improve how your business systems run. We make the most of technology to improve your processes, helping your people and your business thrive.
